30.06.03. The Owner of the Data Collector is farmabarocco.com, the person who, from time to
time, has legal representation, unless a manager is appointed in accordance with Art.29 of the
Legislative Decree n.196/2003.

The client, at any time, has the right to revoke consent of the treatment of its Data by the Data
Controller by means of written notice to be sent to our legal headquarters. The client, who declares
to have received all the information pertaining to Art.13 and information about privacy rights
pursuant to Art.7 of the Legislative Decree n196/2003 has the right to access their Data according to
the methods described therein. Communications for marketing purposes will be sent only with the
explicit consent of the Client issued along with the Data processed in the online registration form.
